Mortgage Notary - Signing Agent

Specializing in real estate and loan transactions, as well as purchases and refinances, we excel in obtaining and notarizing the signatures of all involved parties.

Our fee for these services is $120.00, plus the applicable trip fee as outlined in our Mobile Notary Visit details. Should you require printing two sets of documents for both you and your client, an additional charge of $50.00 applies.

Mobile Notary Visit

We proudly offer mobile notary services in Central Washington from Zillah, Washington. Our pricing structure includes a one-way trip fee of $2.00 per mile and the applicable Notary Fee.

For your convenience, the minimum trip fee is set at $25.00, in addition to the notary fee. Distance calculations are conducted using www.google.com/maps, ensuring accuracy and transparency in our pricing.

Our Notary Fees are structured as follows:

• $10.00 for the first notarization, with subsequent notarizations priced at $8.00 each (a 20% discount).
  
• Each notarized signature is counted individually; therefore, if two individuals sign one document, the total cost would be $18.00.
  

Notarial Act that we provide

Our notary services encompass a wide range of functions, including:

• Witnessing or attesting a signature
  
• Reviewing and verifying I-9 forms as an Authorized Representative
  
• Taking acknowledgment or verification upon oath or affirmation
  
• Certifying or attesting a copy of a document
  
• Receiving or noting a protest of a negotiable instrument
  
• Being present at demand, tender, or deposit and noting the same
  
• Administering an oath or affirmation
  
• Certifying that an event has occurred or an act has been performed
